Our program consists of 6 fully customized hypnosis sessions (including NLP & EFT), experienced within several months (safe weight loss). The first session is a get acquainted session. A time to establish rapport and a mutual feeling of trust. This first session, involves you completing an in depth questionnaire, followed by an interview whereby you and the hypnotist, will prioritize and customize the hypnosis sessions that are to follow.
